RETURN POLICY

All custom/made-to-order pieces are final sale with the exception of obvious defects OR damage.

We want you to love your new item(s) but understand sometimes returns are necessary. We ask that you please read the product description(s) carefully before purchasing, including all measurements. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, however, please email info@jadeandsaw.com within 7 days of receipt. We will make it right, one way or another.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

Ready-to-ship items are shipped via UPS or USPS within 5 days of placing an order. Shipping rates are based on size, weight and destination of package. 

Custom orders, our approximate lead can be found at the top of our website and may vary (see "turnaroud time" section below). 

Jade & the Saw is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. After the package has shipped, tracking is the responsibility of the customer.

PRE-ORDERS

We cannot offer refunds, cancellations or returns on pre-ordered items. We do our best to communicate turnaround times for pre-orders, but please remember that we are making each piece by hand. We are not machines, and occasional delays are possible. If your order is delayed significantly, we will reach out to you individually.

TURN AROUND TIME

Our current lead time for custom orders is listed at the top of our website and may vary. If you are hoping to have a custom made item by a certain date (i.e. for a baby shower, birthday, etc.), please inquire via email before purchasing. We can usually accommodate such requests within reason.
